When Jay Leslie was 14 years old he was a regular performer on The Bozo The Clown Show. He and Bozo were the main attraction at grand openings for malls and shopping centers all across the east coast.

Jay first started performing school shows along with Joe Negri, also known as Handyman Negri of the Mr. Rogers show. He was also introduced to trade shows by Chef Brocket who was another player appearing on Mr. Rogers. Along the same time Jay went to the university Of Pittsburgh where he earned 80 credits in psychology with 30 in developmental psychology but eventually graduated with a masters in theater.

After that Jay auditioned for a major amusement park when he performed 6 shows a day, 6 days a week. Jay moved to California and proceeded to build original illusions and operate a 75 year old company that sells magicians supplies along with giving lessons to people entering contests.

The school shows Jay presents today can be used for an awards assembly or to promote a healthy lifestyle. His copywritten assembly show, with a message, can be scheduled any time of the year. It teaches lower and upper grade students why they should not take drugs, why they should be tolerant of others and what they can do now, to decide on a path of success.
